PRE-ORDERS: Any cards that say "In stock" rather than "2 Left" etc are a pre-order item. Pre-orders placed by Monday 6pm AEST each week will restock approximately 2 days later on Wednesdays (then ordering processing times apply).

I've designed these cards for you to hand to someone to communicate if you need assistance, understanding, or accommodations due to your condition in non-emergency situations.

These cards are intended for individuals who have received a formal diagnosis of the condition(s) listed from a qualified healthcare professional. Information is for general awareness only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Due to the specialised printing process used to produce these cards, minor cosmetic imperfections (such as small colour variations or tiny print flaws) may occasionally occur.

FLAWED CARDS - These discounted cards have flaws from printing, wearing on the protective laminate coating, or grammar/format/text errors. Flaws vary and are not necessarily pictured but do not affect the readability of the card.
