I always package orders carefully and double check everything before sending, and I also take photos of all orders for reference. I have reviewed the photo of your order and can confirm that everything you had ordered was included in your package when I sent it out from my end.

If the package was heavily damaged upon arrival and items have fallen out as a result, it is best to reach out to the postal company who made the delivery, as they will be able to assist you and potentially offer you compensation for missing items.
