PROCESSING TIME
Typically processing time is 1 - 4 business days (not counting the day the order was placed) for orders to be packed then shipped. Pre-orders can also require processing after item is back in stock.
WHERE ARE ITEMS SENT FROM?
Currently I am shipping from Victoria (I live in a campervan travelling Australia, so my shipping location changes).

I use Australia Post as my shipping provider.
DELIVERY TIME
Australian delivery time estimates are as follows:
Regular Parcel Post: 3 - 6 Business Days (Northern Territory 12 - 21 days)
Express Parcel Post: 2 - 4 Business Days (Northern Territory 3 - 5 days)

TRACKING
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
RESPONSIBILITY
Please note, once parcel has been posted, it is out of my control. As such, I cannot guarantee delivery by a certain date.
LOST PARCEL
In the event of a lost parcel, please first work through the following steps:
TRACKING - Check the tracking of your item to see it's status by clicking here and entering your tracking number
DELIVERED TO POST OFFICE - Check for a notification card in you letterbox/under your door, or an email/app/SMS notification.
ACCEPTED ON YOUR BEHALF - Check if someone else at your address has accepted or signed for the delivery on your behalf. If you live in a large building, check with the mailroom or management.
DELIVERED TO SAFE PLACE - Check if your parcel has been left in a safe place at your address. This could be under or behind something, or in the letterbox.
If you still cannot locate your parcel and it has been marked as delivered, or it is past the delivery time estimate by several days and has not been making progress on the tracking, please contact me at hello@intrepidsafety.com.au and we can work together to track down your parcel.
DAMAGED PARCEL/ITEMS MISSING
In the event that you receive your order and the items inside have been damaged in transit, please contact me ASAP at hello@intrepidsafety.com.au and provide photos of the packaging and also damaged items so I can initiate an investigation with Australia Post and work out a resolution. Please retain ALL packaging and damaged items, as you may be required to present these at an Australia Post outlet for inspection.
AVOIDING STOLEN PARCELS
I strongly encourage the use of Australia Post's "24/7 Parcel Locker" or "Parcel Collect Address" so that your parcel can be stored securely until you collect it. You can manage these free parcel collection options by logging on to or registering for a MyPost account here and managing the delivery for your parcel from me once it has been posted.
ALIAS NAMES
If you choose to use an alias name on your shipping address instead of your legal name, please note that this could result in complications with your delivery including but not limited to being unable to collect your parcel from a post office due to the parcel name not matching your ID. Should you choose to use an alias name, Intrepidsafety.com is not responsible for the failure of delivery of your parcel due to this.
International orders CANNOT use a name alias, for legal reasons regarding customs and delivery your real name MUST be used.
PARCEL RETURNED TO SENDER
If your parcel is undelivered and is sent back to me, I shall first check that I have labelled the parcel with the correct address that you have provided to us at the time of ordering.
If the return parcel is due to something I have done (such as incorrectly writing the address), I shall offer you a choice of resending the parcel (at my cost) or being issued a full refund.
If the return parcel is due to something you have done (such as incorrect address provided at time of checkout, or due to an alias name being used for shipping details) I shall offer you a choice of resending the parcel (you will need to repay the shipping cost) or receiving a refund (minus the original postage cost).
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - FURTHER INFORMATION
Packages shipped internationally (outside of Australia) may be subject to charges such as (but not limited to) import taxes, customs duties, VAT, tariffs, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the price of products or shipping costs* and are the buyers responsibility. Intrepidsafety.com.au is not responsible for any additional charges. *Tarrifs have been built into the item pricing for US customers.
It is the buyers responsibility to obtain information to ensure the products they order comply with their country’s laws, regulations and restrictions.
If a parcel is refused, unclaimed, abandoned, seized, destroyed by customs, or returned to sender due to unpaid customs charges, failed delivery attempts, or import restrictions, IntrepidSafety.com.au will not be responsible for any resulting loss.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Where a parcel is successfully returned to me, any refund issued will be at my discretion and may exclude shipping costs, return shipping fees, customs charges, carrier fees, administration/restocking fee ($10) and any other expenses incurred.
