Refund policy

RETURNS/ORDER CANCELLATION
I do not accept returns for change of mind (exception for European Customers - see below).

If an order cancellation request is received and processed prior to the order being packed and shipped, the order amount will be refunded minus the transaction fee of 2.2% of the total transaction amount plus a $5 administration fee (European customers are exempt from these fees).

Please ensure you make your selection carefully and review your order prior to purchasing.

PRODUCT DAMAGE / DEFECTS / WRONG ITEM RECEIVED
Please be assured that for quality control I personally test and inspect every order prior to shipping to ensure everything is in working order and good condition and matches what has been ordered. 

Please open and check your items as soon as you have received them. If there are any issues, please contact me immediately at hello@intrepidsafety.com.au

I may ask you for a photo/video of the product/s to assist in the claim.

If it is discovered that the parcel itself and/or the contents are damaged/missing and this has happened in transit, we shall refer you to Australia Post to make a compensation claim directly with them (more information can be found on our Shipping Policy page).

If my products/I am found to be at fault, depending on if the issue is classified as minor or major, I may offer to repair/replace the affected item, or a partial/full refund for the value of the affected item.

EUROPEAN CUSTOMERS

  • You have 14 days from the day of delivery to notify me if you want to return your order
  • You must send back goods within 14 days of notifying me of your intent to return
  • I will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the goods back
  • Refund will be for the price paid for the goods and cost of standard shipping (any shipping upgrade costs paid such as express will not be refunded)
  • The return shipping costs to Australia are your responsibility
  • Items that are excluded from the right of withdrawal include Custom Medical Alert Tags and Custom Awareness Cards.
