I've designed these cards for you to hand to someone to communicate if you need assistance, understanding, or accommodations due to your condition in non-emergency situations.

These cards are intended for individuals who have received a formal diagnosis of the condition(s) listed from a qualified healthcare professional. Information is for general awareness only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Due to the specialised printing process used to produce these cards, minor cosmetic imperfections (such as small colour variations or tiny print flaws) may occasionally occur.

FLAWED CARDS - These discounted cards have flaws from printing, wearing on the protective laminate coating, or grammar/format/text errors. Flaws vary and are not necessarily pictured but do not affect the readability of the card.

I’m especially happy with the Dyspraxia card because I feel that Dyspraxia isn’t as widely known or understood as Autism and ADHD. Having this card with me will make it much easier to explain Dyspraxia to other people and how it can affect me, especially at times when I might find it difficult to explain things myself.

I also really liked that the card helped me learn more about the different traits of Dyspraxia. I already knew about some of them, but it has helped me understand that Dyspraxia can affect much more than just coordination and being clumsy.

It’s reassuring knowing that I now have cards for Dyspraxia, ADHD Combined Type, and Autism and ADHD that I can carry with me and use whenever I need them. I might not need to use them very often, but having them there gives me an easy way to communicate and help other people understand my needs.

Overall, I’m really happy with my purchase. The cards arrived incredibly quickly, they’re really useful and informative, and I can’t wait to start carrying them with me and use them if needed. I would definitely recommend them! 💜

These cards are amazing. I got a set for myself and a set for my friend who also has chronic illnesses. Customer service was fantastic. I am happy to purchase from this company again.

Absolutely worth it, is good quality and pretty affordable. It makes it easier for me to express myself without feeling as much displaced and for that, I think it's worth it
