These cards have been designed for you to hand to someone in case you need assistance, understanding, or accommodations due to your condition in non-emergency situations.

You should ensure you have received a formal diagnosis for your condition/s from a qualified medical professional.

Some cards have blank space for you to fill in details, this is best done with a fine tip permanent marker. Permanent marker can be removed with alcohol wipes if required.

Due to the nature of my specialised card printer, there may be a slight small colour flaw on the cards. Cards outside of my acceptable flaw range are sold as flawed cards:

FLAWED CARDS - These discounted cards have minor flaws from printing, wearing on the protective laminate coating from friction in storage (only visible in certain light), minor damage, or grammar/format/text errors. Flaws vary and are not necessarily pictured but do not affect the readability of the card.
