These cards have been designed for you to hand to someone in case you need assistance, understanding, or accommodations due to your condition in non-emergency situations.

You should ensure you have received a formal diagnosis for your condition/s from a qualified medical professional.

Some cards have blank space for you to fill in details, this is best done with a fine tip permanent marker. Permanent marker can be removed with alcohol wipes if required.

I only keep very limited stock on hand. If a card sells out, I will make it available as pre-order. If you need more than 2 of a specific card that is out of stock, please contact me.

Due to the nature of my specialised card printer, there may be a slight small colour flaw on the cards.
